BINGO - FAULTY APPRAISAL!

I’d really like to know who these people are that generate hits on my blog with these searches.
Pu-lease - “faulty appraisal” is a pretty lame search phrase to begin with. There are many types of appraisals. Does Google favor the association with “real estate”, or does it just take the face value of “appraisal” when it returns search results?
Don’t get me wrong - USPAP still applies, whether it is a real estate, antiques or other personal property appraisal, but the type of property appraised makes a difference (as does the purpose of the appraisal, and more) when it comes to “the group of peers” and “commonly employed methods” (and more).
So, I assume that you were actually looking for a faulty real estate appraisal (well, I guess you think you have one, and don’t need to find one) and you want to “confirm” that it is faulty?
Here are a couple of searches you should perform, instead:

“OREA”

“FNMA”

Oooooh - websites too confusing? Well, let me help you out, then:

This is what you’re after: Enforcement (OREA site)

Now - look at the menu on the left-hand side of that webpage. Then explore around a little, to get a feel for what all is involved with becoming an appraiser. And staying one! Aawww - com’on, you’re getting ready to have somebody’s hide - at least you could give it a gander, no?
