Ragout of Ground Beef
1/2 lb ground beef (85%)
1/2 sml onion, finely chopped
3 sml carrots, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
Brown beef, add all chopped ingredients, salt & pepper, 2tblsp olive oil, stir occasionally until onions are glazed, sprinkle 2tblsp flour & stir in, add water till just covered, stir well & let thicken, add Gravy Master for desired color. Serve with white rice.
